1 negative?? (for those already sleeved)
Right now - I gotta say the crazy whacky hormone imbalances!
Or having to drink so much and constantly be on the run to the bathroom.
Or the bony butt problem!
Sucks but secretly, I love these problems.

1. Being dehydrated regularly (which is my fault because I'm stubborn and hate water). I used to stay hydrated with soda but was actually still dehydrated pretty regularly but now it's worse.
2. Have to pay more attention to my health and wellbeing and vitamins and ****
3. Having to eat protein and drinking protein shakes. I hate meat and protein shakes.
4. Not being able to eat mass quantities of food. Oh how I miss sitting with 5000 calories of the greasiest food EVER and loving every ******g calorie.
So yeah, only the first one is something I wasn't truly expecting since I didn't think I'd hate water so much but really, all I have to do is find something tolerable and/or choke the water down. Also, I guess I'll get used to the protein. **** it's been 6 months. I have a lifetime ahead of me! I'm already used to not eating mass quantities but I still miss it when I pass pizza places and see commercials. The up side is that take out meal lasts me forever so I get to enjoy it 3 times instead of just once!
Post op life really isn't that horrible.
Oh, 1 more thing... the hormone changes afterwards were pretty crazy.

1) All the extra shopping for new clothes and shoes, (yes, even my shoe size changed). Just horrible!
2) All the extra attention I get from the opposite sex, totally ruins my concentration, and I am a happily married woman.... This is just intolerable.
3) The higher self-esteem has me believing that I can do things I would never have tried before....and who knows where that can lead me? Frightening really.
4) I now spend way too much valuable time smiling and gazing at myself in the mirror. Totally wasted time I might add, deplorable.
5) All the running around and playing with the kids has really put a crimp in my TV watching. I don't even know how the season finale of Revenge ended. This would have never happened before the sleeve. All this new energy really makes you question your priorities.
But seriously, there are very few things that were negatives for me on this journey.
1) I had the foamies a few times and that was unpleasant.
2) I had to learn to eat differently, slower and in a mindful way.
3) Hair loss at 3-7 months, but it all grew back.
That's really all I've got.

I"m with you. I'd kill to not have 10s. They were this size when I weighed 130 last so I hold no hopes for shrinking feet.
