Six Weeks Out--Sore?

VSG on 04/27/12

I got sleeved six weeks ago today. And today whenever I bend over I feel internal pain/soreness in the area where the incision that they used to do the work is, the one that was always most sore. It hasn't been that way lately but suddenly it is again. Is it safe to assume I just over did it or something?

Is it strange to have soreness there this far out?

I don't know if it's normal, but I still have days where I'm a bit sore or I'll move the wrong way and get a twang feeling, if thats a word:)

I haven't started ab work yet becuase of my paranioa with hernia's. Had my 4 month follow up this week and he said I should go for it. So I will slowly add them in.

Nervous nelly is still stickin around:)

My surgeon warned me at my six week checkup that it might be sore for a while. I don't really remember it being, but it's been a long time now.

If it bothers you a lot, definitely call your surgeon.
