Blessed
You know....
I am sitting here drinking my coffee(my new favorite thing) and as I sit here staring at the computer screen and out my window, I can't help but feel so blessed. It is a beautiful day outside, the birds are singing, the landscape is so green and beautiful. Yes, I have a weight struggle and I am doing my best to conquer it, however, how can I not feel blessed with the ability to see, hear and to be able to have had my VSG surgery. You thought I was going to say feel...hahahaha
Anyway, hope you all have a fabulous day and don't forget to count our blessings as so many of us become consumed with weight loss.
HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS!

Reminds me of a song.
Count your blessings, name them one by one.
Count your blessings, see what God has done.
Count your blessings, name them one by one.
Count your many blessings see what God has done.
When upon life's billows you are tempest-tossed,
When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost,
Count your many blessings, name them one by one,
And it will surprise you what the Lord has done.

“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
