If you truy hate the plain greek yogurt, you can try some of the fat free pre-flavored stuff.  It has a few more calories so you may have to juggle a bit.  Chobani has a really good 0% fat vanilla that is 170 calories per cup and 20 or 23 g of protein.

I use the torani syrups sometimes mixed with Mio.  The blueberry pomegranite mio with a splash of the brown sugar cinnamon torani - YUM!  If only there was a sugar free 0 calorie apple flavoring somewhere I liked - it would be like pie filling!

 I use the greek yogurt in savory stuff instead of sweet, it's just better for me that way. I flavor it with onion soup mix, powdered ranch or taco seasoning and then add it to chicken salad, egg salad, tacos etc. Great way to avoid the sour cream/mayo but still get the texture/flavor.
