question about myfitnesspal
I don't know of a way to make it count net carbs, but you can add a column in your diary for fiber.
Click on the "food" tab, then "settings," and the first option that comes up should be a list of nutrients tracked. Select fiber from one of the drop down lists, and voila! You can also rearrange the order of the columns by selecting the nutrients in the order you want them to appear.

I don't do net carbs. Its a myth that fiber is not absorbed. There are two types of fiber that get lumped into fiber on the nutritional label. Some fibers are broken down in the gut and add calories. US Labeling laws do not require the manufacturer to seperate the two and you neevr know what you are getting.
I see the Net carbs thing as Enron Accounting in the diet to justify eating more carbs.
