Great job with the Lbs lost. My niece had 8hrs of open heart at Childrens Hospital Boston when she was 6 months old. (tetralogy of fallot) She went on to play sports and is now a sophmore in college! Good luck and stay strong!

that is the same surgery my guy had we are at childrens hospital of philadelphia also known as chop . we are hoping for a speedy recovery . he had surgery on fri the 22nd

That baby is sure lucky to have you to look out for hime! I know he's in good hands in the hospital, so take the time to take cake of yourself and get enough water! That pound will slip away while you are busy taking care of your little guy! Best to all of you!
