As of today I am down 154 lbs and 74 inches!! AND am now in the Obese Bmi!!!
You have a BMI of 37.9.
This indicates that you are Obese.
Your BMI is generally high enough to qualify you for bariatric surgery if you have comorbid conditions such as diabetes (type II), hypertension, sleep apnea or other potentially life-threatening diseases.

25.0 - 29.9 Overweight
30.0 - 39.9 Obese

Go Erica! Wait until your BMI goes under 30. It was well worth it.

I basically quit freaking out and stalking everything I put in my mouth. Once I did that the weight started coming off faster. I know that I am going against the grain of what most preach on this site. But it is what is working and all my blood levels are staying up. I don't EVER have hunger pains so I do still struggle with remembering to eat something. I also try not to get on the scale that in itself is a humongous feat for me. I try to only do it once a week to every other week. I do see my drs team regularly and seem to be doing ok.
