THIS IS REALLY MESSING WITH MY HEAD
I know how you feel... everytime I see a pound up I start the failure thinking... and imagining the worst. Its the negative crap that got us where we were. Focus focus focus.... keep you eye on the ball... look toward what you want and not at what you are running from... if you keep looking backward while you are running forward your gonna trip yourself up. maybe change up your routine... lower your stress a little (stress can cause weight gain too), make sure your getting enough sleep etc... and try try try to remember our bodies regulate itself and out minds try to push the process to be faster... your doing what you need to do. try to work on relaxation, diversion, something to get your mind off this... Hope this helps... you will be sucessful... you have to believe it yourself.. Good luck...
This post really hit a cord or something with me. Why oh why would we gain if our calories are so damn little? What is the science? I say this after the other day reading about these people that "eat more 2 lose weight". I am almost as confused as when I thought bread was okay to eat in the 80's or just go low fat, of whcih I of couse don't believe anymore.
I know exactly how you feel and I too hate that feeling. I have had a three week stall and two or three instances where I have gained more than a pound or two - most recently 6 after vacation. It went away quickly but scared the daylights out of me as I was not really off plan.
I just keep reminding myself that it is a journey and there will be downs and ups both physically and mentally.
YOu have been sooo successful so far so try not to let this mess you up. Best wishes and the weight loss will continue. You are very committed.
