THANK YOU!!!! Since I had my VSG I was having a hard time getting to sleep and once I started taking peanut butter before bed I've been getting sleep again.

That's great! I remember hearing it was good for restless leg syndrome, too. Rest well!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result.  It's time to try something new!

 Are you at least using PB2 instead of full peanut butter - Very high in fat and calories...

I've been coming in so much lower than i should on my fat and calorie intake, I haven't bothered to switch. With the regular peanut butter I might hit 300-400 calories on a high day. I'm still having trouble with a lot of different things but that will go down just fine.
