How long will soreness last?
I'm sure it is another one of those things that is different for everyone, but how long did
the soreness from surgery last. My acid reflux is getting better and better but I'm still pretty
tender from the top of my ribcage to my lower abdomen. The soreness is mostly with touch and turning and twisting.

I feel tender to the touch as well. I've been wearing swim suit cover ups with panties. I don't want anything near my waist, even though the steri strips are higher. Hard to believe the day before surgery I was in pilates for an hour. LOL don't even mention squeezing my abs. I feel like there are little cords inside that don't want me to twist. I did figure out you can pull on your bed sheets to pull to a sit in bed. Less twist and pull.

Mine JUST went away about 2 days ago, and I'm 3 weeks and 5 days out. Of course from what I read, mine lasted longer than most... but not all. So be prepared for it to be around for awhile. But hopefully your's won't be like mine. I believe part of mine could be because I had to lift my 2 year old before I was suppose to. So follow your lifting guidelines as best you can (I didn't really have a choice).
Good Luck!

I was not in a ton of pain after week one but the soreness was about 3-4 weeks before I didn't flinch if I bumped it. Take it easy. Minimize turning and twisting. You are going to feel better very soon.
