Any 5' 7" females at goal or close to it?
I am 5'8"ish and hit goal last month. I weigh 150 and am in a solid size 6 pants (a little loose) and Medium tops in ladies. Also, I wear a size 7 in jrs and a medium or large top in jrs.
I had my body fat % checked and it was still high. I also see many areas on my body where I can lose more. I am thinking about reducing my goal to 145 and lift weights more often once my dr releases me to workout (broke my foot at a 5k). I hope this helps.

I am 5'7 and weigh in the low 130's. My hips are 36.5 inches and waist 26.5. I usually wear a 4 pant and S top sometimes XS top. I think a lot depends on bone structure/frame size. Mine is on the small side. I have small wrists and hands and narrow feet. I have friends that are larger framed and weigh more but look just as skinny as me.

My NUT told me I have a combination frame. Thin fingers, wrists, narrow feet, but also long. I'm trying to remember what she measured to come up with the medium parts. Anyway, a mix.
I would LOVE to get into the low 130s. We'll see what happens when I start getting lower, whether my body cooperates or not. I don't want to set a target so low it takes constant diligence to maintain, rather than comfortable diligence.

My wrist is 5.75", shoe size 7.5, rib cage 29" to give you a more accurate picture. I feel lanky, I guess you might say. This is how I was when I was younger in my early 20's. I am 49 now. I do exercise a good amount and I always have since I was 27...just could not control my eating. I no longer have the food issue and have continued exercising as always and am maintaining very easily on about 1500/1600 calories a day. If I eat properly with protein first, veggies second then it's very difficult for me to go over on calories. So, stay active, eat right and you will be there before you know it! I am 3.5 years out now and doing great.

6" wrist here, and when I got married my ring size was 4 1/2. I have long legs. But I also wear a size 11 shoe (and it will be N when I've lost my weight, to further complicate things). I wore a 9N all through high school and in my twenties my foot grew to a 10N. In order to find shoes that fit, I had to buy very expensive shoes. That got a little bit better with the weight, because I could find M width that fit. But I can see that changing again now!
