100 Calorie Snacks........Good or Bad ???
Cheese It's! In the 1970's I worked at a place that had morning snack break. They had Cheez It's. Every morning I had a 12 oz styrofoam cup filled with them. I would take them to my dek and munch.
At home I ate good organic food from my garden. Three years= 30 pounds. Those suckers were so damn addicting.
I do have to say that while I don't eat the products that come in those 100 calorie packs, they were quite an eye opener when they came out. 100 calorie size portion is not much when it comes to junk food.

Yes, I like the weekly weight ins. I had gained just eating too much. From 147 to 163, now at 158. I have a eleven to goal. I am follow barartic low carb. Its the simply filling part of WW. I am eating eggs for breakfast, salads with protein for lunch, and dinner; and greek plain ffree yogurt. Some fruits llike berries and veggies. Some ww stringr cheese, fat free turkey from Walmart. It is working after four weeks.

Yes, I had remembered what you said about the accountability of weekly weight ins. I had to stop the snacking, and eat what the program says in the binder. Thanks for the info on Dr. Sauceda. I am going to a seminar on breast and tummy tucks - Dr Clark/Kaufman's partner. Kaufman spoke at the Kaiser WL group meetng.
I used to eat those all the time on WW. Ugh, what a bad choice. I eat them very rarely now... pretty much never unless in a pinch.

These things were not that popular when I was dieting the last 30 years..... I did go through the "Snack Wells" cookie thing..... less fat and more sugar......
Diet food.... right.... this is that "little bit of crack" mentality !
