Took dogs swimming

 Took the dogs swimming today at a dog beach that is in a park about 30 min from my house.  It was small and very rocky but the dogs got to go swimming for the first time and they LOVED it!  They had a blast fetching the tennis balls I would throw out into the water and bring them back.  They got a great workout and I had fun watching them :)

It's fun to see how much weight I've lost compared to older pics.  These are 2XL swim trunks that I fit into .. down from 5XL.  Still have a hard time believing it.

Good for you!!! Congratulations!!  It looks like a nice place for the dogs to run and such a beautiful day out to boot.

WOW Kevin -- you look great -- nothing wrong with looking at a man from the rear LOL  That's what makes a lot of women watch football!!!  No me, of course -- I watch it for the intricate plays! 

So, here's a suggestion..........teach the dogs to throw the tennis balls out there for you to fetch!  They will have fun watching you and you'll get the great workout!  (I'm going to go take my whacky meds now, thank you very much!!!)

Seriously, you are an inspiration to so many of us.  And not just your impressive weight loss, but your calm wisdom, and that infectious sense of humor!  Thanks for giving of yourself so generously!

Thanks Ree!  I always wondered why women liked football so much these days!?  When I was a teenager it was just the pain in the ass sport that kept husbands glued to the TV ignoring their wives all day on Sunday.  I always figured they thought, "Well if I cant beat em I'll join em."  Now I understand finally!

 SO fun! My stupid dog is afraid of water (like she won't even go in the grass after it rains, she would rather pee in the street then get her paws wet! Such a diva!). You are shrinking fast, and getting out and living, I love posts like these!

WOW - you are dropping the weight like crazy.  So awesome. Would you ever imagine that you would voluntarily go to the beach?  HEHEHE.  I went to the beach a couple of weeks ago and I was shocked that I voluntarily and willingly went.  Feels like a re-birth.  Keep up the incredible work.  Love to the dogs.
