FitBit customer service ROCKS!
My FitBit died on me during a run this week, I thought it was my fault and it just needed to be charged, but after I charged it it was blinking and would not show the proper display or count steps. Sent them an email and they sent me a set of directions to try and reset it, tried it all and it didn't work. They are sending me a new one, no charge!
I would recommend them to anyone!
