6 Week Update

VSG on 06/11/12

So Monday was 6 weeks since my surgery. So far things are going really smoothly. I have not had any issues really since my surgery. I have had a few days here and there where I question the decision I made but get over it quickly when I get on the scale. I lost 14lbs on the pre-op diet and since surgery have lost 31lb**** the dreaded 3 week stall but luckily broke out of that fairly quickly. I do wish the weight was coming off faster but it didn't come on overnight so I need to get over it because it won't come off overnight.

Great job! And at an average of five pounds a week, you are losing super fast, even if it doesn't feel like it right now. Keep up the great work!
