15 months out stall??

I usually get 500-600 cals a day and I've been stuck in the 160's for eternity it seems! I think my body is buggin' because I've never been in the 160's since I was 18 yrs old!
Dyin' to get in the 150's so I feel ya! I wouldn't go up that high in cals until maintenance though. Use Myfitnesspal .com to track all the food calories, carbs, sugar, and protein. It's the EaSIEST WAY TO TRACK and really helps you know where you can work a little bit harder.
Best of luck to ya!

Hi,
First, I will not tell you to disregard your doctor's advice. Your doctor is a medical professional. I am not.
That said, here is my non-medical opinion:
I would hate to go back on a liquid diet. It seems punative to me. I would just start eating "clean" again and detox from carbs.
Given your height (5'3", right?) I will suggest you reduce your calories. Many women your height use 1200 - 1400 calories a day as a maintenance range - even with exercise. You have to remember that having been obese for some time, most of us have lower metabolic rates and don't need as many calories a day as our "normie" counterparts.
I'm a smaller guy (5'7") and I kept my calories at around 800 until I hit maintenance. I also work out 5 days a week (weight training and elliptical) and never increased calories to compensate for the exercise.
I followed pretty much the standard plan: 600-800 calories a day, 40 or fewer grams of carbs per day and stuck to low fat choices 95% of the time. Drank 80 to 100 oz of water per day.
Hope that helps. Good luck.
