Did you just get sleeved???? I am 6 weeks out and I have not had any juice. I'm thinking a juicer woud make juices that are really sweet. I do know that some ppl would dilute juices w/ lots of water if they need to drink juice. We're you trying to juice veggies???

To many carbs in my eyes. Unless you're doing veggie juices!

You wanna get all the weight off you can during the honeymoon phase. You don't want liquid carbs slowing you down.

I was thinking the same thing. Jayla maybe you can talk to your nut and get info on the nutritional value of the juices you want to make to see if it is worth doing now or later.

You really shouldn't be drinking ANY calories during weight loss.  Every calorie you take in should be focused on protein.  In that sense, fruit juices are empty calories like alcohol.

For drinks, focus on water or protein drinks.  Be careful with zero alorie sports drinks, they can ba very high in sodium.
