Where are you losing?
I lost from the face down. Belly, hips, thighs, and butt were last to go.

The most common way that we lose weight, is internal fat first, then from top down. So there is nothing unusual in what you are describing, just keep going, the weight will eventually come off of everywhere and than it will take about a year to balance out. Good luck, I know it can be frustrating sometimes.

So I recently read an article in a mag (no sure which one) that basically said your body shape and where your overweight is the same if you are fat or skinny. So I am apple shape. Most of my weight is in my tummy. My tummy will get smaller but even skinny that is where I am larger. I have lost about 93 lbs... My legs, butt, chest is smaller. My stomachs is much smaller but still my middle is bigger. I'm a smaller apple now. :]
This, you generally lose evenly all over (relative to starting size)- but of course if you carried most of your weight in your abdomen or hips- those will seem to be the slowest to lose as the rest of you reaches "normal" faster, but they are indeed losing- that's just where you carried the majority of the excess.
Measure everything!
Neck
Bust
underbust
waist
hips
thigh
calf
ankle
upper arm
forearm
wrist
.. you will see that it does come off everywhere.
