Tough Love for Newbies Link?

Not to dredge up old history, but a few weeks ago somebody posted a link to a post in the maintenance group, a post of what somebody would LIKE to say to newbies who are complaining about various issues. It was harsh but had so much truth in it, and was also pretty funny. Could somebody send me that link (in PM, if you'd prefer)? I'd really like to read it again.

Not every person is able to take tough love, or at any moment in time tough love may not be the right approach. But I really liked it.

I thought it was actually a good post as well, because even though I'm still early post-op, I had the same things running through my head! haha Tough love is sometimes warranted. I believe the post was written by Ruggie, but I can't find it. Sorry!
