I look forward to these monthly updates because I get to look at my old self and my current self! It has been 7 months since I went in for my RNY surgery and came out with a VSG..who I so lovingly refer to as "Steve the Sleeve". I have lost a total of 163.8 pounds total and have about 70 more pounds to go until goal. This VSG has changed my life.....dramatically!

Before - Somewhere between 390 and 400 pounds.

Hi...I read your blog and found out about your journey and I have to say ...congrats on your success! It sure helps to read it hasn't been easy, but you have achieved something wonderful through your hard work.
