3 years out! 350lbs lost......before and now PIC !!

Hey OH buddies! Not on here much as of late.....Life ya know? Yesterday was my 3 year surgiversary! Still doing great...lovin life....lovin my VSG! Best decision EVER! Thanks for all the support and friendship over the years! I will still be here off and on...just not as frequently. This pic was when I was aprox 600lbs(that is a heavy duty over-sized chair holds 1000lbs!) I could barely get in and out of it......NOW (yesterday at the Walk From Obesity event ) I feel like a Lil kid sitting in it! My VSG still kickin ASS!

JIMBO...  350lbs! lost!..... TRIPLE CENTURY CLUB!!  HELL ...YEAH!

I will be on here still.......just not everyday like i did early out. I still have a few oysters in my brain to crack open and share those pearls of wisdom! I am thankful there are vets like Elina and Frisco who stick around and are here more often for newbies.

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant (yeaaaa!)

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs. (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.

It is a national event....they happen all over the country. If you google Walk From Obesity...check their website you can "find a walk" I was on the planning committee for this one (first one in Northern California in several years....ours was in a small city called Campbell about an hour south of SF) It was a great event..... we had a pretty good turn out for our first time planning it.....we are planning a bigger event next year! You should join and support one near you!
