Frisco-VSG-Fry Pan !!!!
I gotta try the water trick too! I have a tiny silicone spatula that would work well.. but I have an itsy bitsy perfectly seasoned cast iron pan that I never used till I had my VSG.. the thing is amazing for one egg omelets.. I have a bacon press too.. so I do the little oven routine.. heat pan, add stuff, turn off heat- put on screaming hot pre-heated bacon press.. wait one min.. fold, slide & eat!
Oh, Frisco... promise me, PROMISE ME you are not going to eat out of a pan. Put it on a plate and take your time and enjoy it.
Don't make me fly down there... *shakes head*
If you tell me you're eating over the sink, we're going to have to have a LONG talk.
