It's part of a collection of "eggy" things that I was buying a few years ago. Your post reminded me that I need to find it in my kitchen gadget cluttered cabinets.

So.... hear me out.....

This season on Food Networks..... "The Next Food Network Star" a guy plated his meal in a cast Iron Skillet and served...... And it went over well and was deemed "Very Creative"

Now the practical part........

- Food will stay warmer longer

- Clean one less thing
