I am less than 200 pounds. I am 50 years old and the last time I weighed this was in 1979!
I hadn't lost any weight since 8/18/12. Kept with the plan and I have dropped 4 pounds in a week.
Curse those dreaded stalls but I will make my goal!

Congratulations! This is a huge accomplishment. I remember seeng 199.2 on the scale and was like 'FINALLY!' It's such a great feeling. It actually motivated me more because i didn't want any fluncutations to get me back over 200. Best of luck to you as you continue on your journey!
