Heart problems

I just found out from the Echo & stress test that my Heart is only pumping 42% & I have a very small hole. If I wasn't stressed out I surely am Now.
Unsure if I want to go through getting the Sleeve if I may die from my heart issues.
I am so sad at this point & afraid.
Just asking for prayers at this time. I have my first Cardiologist appt Tuesday at 4pm. I'm praying for good news.

I've worked in cardiology for almost 10 years now and I can tell you that knowledge is power. What louisamay said is exactly right, it's so positive that you caught this in time to treat it proactively. Survivability of cardiac issues is at an all time high because of advancements medicine. I know it must be scary though... I will keep you in my prayers. Good luck and keep us posted!

Sending prayers and good thoughts your way. While I'm no cardiologist, and I know it is a serious situation, if it were emergent I don't think they'd make you wait 4-5 days to see the cardiologist. As was said above, the advancements in medicine today are incredible!
