Fitbits erratic?

My fitbit rarely updates wirelessly.  I usually have to plug it in via USB to update, and even then it doesn't always work.

I've updated the software several times just in case, and nothing changes.

I almost sent it back, but decided to just put up with it and so have kept it.

When I called, they said that some people with Macs have these problems.  Nothing can be done.

I've learned to just deal with it.  Does anybody else have probs like this?

I have the same problem with my Mac. I tend to plug it into my PC instead.
