I woke up to a 2.2 lb loss today on my 5 month surgiversary and hit a mini goal of weighing what I weighed when hubby married me!
How cool is that?
My BMI is now 30 so if I lose one more pound, I'll be just "overweight!"
I've lost 69lbs total and am still averaging 10lbs/month.
I have my mind set on reaching goal weight by the end of the year!
Also, I was just thinking how awesome OH people are. Average loss on a sleeve surgery is 55-70% of weight. Even if you haven't hit goal yet, think about what percentage of your unwanted weight you have lost! I've lost 70%. If someone offered me 70% off a shirt you bet I'd take it! :)
