Well..... Inspired by anyway.......

Had left over Taco Meat in the Fridge......

Was thinking Huevos Rancheros !!!

And testing out my new Square One Egg pan !!!

Feasting on this right now...... Excellent !!

Yup... eatin right outta the pan !!!!

BTW, it totally ****** me off that you can make your food look so pretty and mine always looks like it's green and insipid when I take a pic!
