From Favrow:

use 3 pounds of boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 can of no salt added tomato sauce
a generous portion of franks buffalo wing sauce
a few dashes of paprika, pepper, and garlic salt

I put in on low for 8 hours and when its done shred it.

I will be trying both of these once I get to chicken...

Ok, I made this for dinner yesterday and I just tossed a few frozen chicken breasts in my crock pot, sprinkled a packet of ranch mix on the chicken, poured a bottle of Franks Red Hot over the whole mess and cooked it for four hours on high. Oh my, the tastiness! I topped mine with a bit of crumbled blue cheese and it was heavenly.
