So I got sleeved on the 6th of this month ,  I lost 9 lbs within the first week and then went into a stall for the last two weeks,   well yesterday the scale started to move again  only a 1 lb but hey I will take it.  Something told me to try on some clothes becasue I just felt smaller when I woke up ....  I can fit into my size 18 shirts already.  I was in size 24.....  WTH  !!!   I now  have  a pile of clothes to donate  and alot of coats that I can no longer wear anymore.     now  only if my bottom half could catch up to my top  half I would be doing summer salts...... .....     Yeah for me !!

Great NSV. Just be sure to inventory what you donate & keep the receipt. You might be able to take a nice tax deduction as a bonus.

Fabulous!  Proves there are other things to consider than the scale.  I'm doing surgery on 10-15 and am looking for things to help me thru the first part.  Maybe I should dig out several of my skinny old wardrobes and work my way back into them!  That should really perk us up.  Thanks for the hint and keep going.  Oh, by the way, I think I need a new dictionary...what does NSV mean?  Noticed alot of other initials too.  Gotta figure them out.

Never dreamed that I could feel this good about myself again.  Looking forward to many healthy years now.
