Fey,
Sorry to hijack this thread Neuvus i have nothing helpful to add.
But Fey have you lost over 2lbs this week. Please share. I keep playing with the same 4lbs up and down and it's driving me wild even with lowering my calories by 100. Please, share if you've found something to shift you. Help a sister out, girl.

Honestly I was in a 10day stall before - was ******g me off something royal - I made one of my goals this week to get my liquid and protein in at higher levels. . I also started back to my protein oatmeal as of last week - so no more constipation again. Being regular, calories around 700, protein over 80 every day, and a minimum of 80 oz of water... I did it for 2 days, and stall broke. Been keeping it up and kept dropping. This is about the time I will stop again - but am SOOOO thankful for the last few days. It was like being teased to death.

P.S. Sorry Neuvus.

I have something similiar in my left side it feels like something is being squished in my ribs. I had it for a few months now but it does let up for a few days then I feel it again. A nurse told me it could be the cartlidge?
