Great story, hills are pretty hard that is why I have a treadmill now to run on. Until I can complete a whole thirty mins of running on that will I attempt outdoors again to increase the intensity. I couldn't do more then three mins outside because of the hills, the treadmill I got up to 14 mins straight, 3 min walk then another 7 min jog with a cool down walk. I am all about getting the heart rate up and keeping it there.

Very inspiring, I think part of what keeps some of us from trying things like this is we are so used to not being able to do it that our mind is still telling us we can't even when the body is ready.
