So today was the day for my lower body lift + muscle repair, butt lift, and median thigh lift. I was taken back to the OR at 7:30 and in recovery by 5:30 pm. Right know the thighs hurt worse than anything else. I have 5 drains, one has already stopped producing. The one in my abdomen is producing the most.

They took 7.5 lbs of skin off of me. I lost quit a bit of blood, so they decided to keep me overnight. Kinda glad they did.

Wow! Congratulations!! Sending you lots of good healing vibes. From what i have gathered in my reading, the thigh lifts are some of the most painful of all plastics! I'm sure the pain will be well worth it. In the meantime, i hope you have some good meds to get you through.

Congrats again in this major milestone in your transformation. Looking forward to more details when you feel up to sharing.

Nutshell:

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant (yeaaaa!)

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs. (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.
