OK, I am trying to get myself together this week. A lot going on and this chick needs to get her sh** together & make it a great week.
B: Click Mocha protein shake
(I seem to only favor the protein shakes with caffiene at the moment... so my mint cookie & even my cappuccino latte have taken a back seat lately...)
L: Pomogrante chicken salad w/cabbage
S: maybe a Starbucks Iced Coffee
D: Lazy Dog Cafe for a Board Meeting... hum... I need to be good so I need to plan ahead & look at the menu unless I can eat some cottage cheese with chipotle salsa before I go.
I need to be good because honestly, when I eat crap, I feel like crap. You'd think with all the crap I had to deal with lately, I'd want to eat better but I tend to dive in head first with all this sh**. I gotta think & plan ahead so I can at least go to bed happy that I put good food into my body.

Vits: need multi & B12
