You look great! i'm not far behind you time wise, so seeing your progress is very inspirational. I cant see a difference in myself either, but when I was telling a friends that the other day her normally pretty quiet boyfriend spoke up and said "good lord, I can!"

Thanks. Its sad, aint it? How it takes awhile for our minds to catch up, but seeing the scale and clothes sizes go lower makes me realize there is a big difference, especially going from wearing a 18-20 pants to my current size 12
