What are THOSE days for you?
I'm only about ten weeks out, but mine so far are:
The day I fit back into XL tee shirts.
The day I bent over and cuffed my capris (with the tips buttoned!)
The day I ran for ten minutes straight.
The day I signed up for my first 5K.
The day I began to weigh less than my husband.
The day I got taken off blood pressure meds (okay, this was today!)
Can't wait for all the other great days to come!

My 3-month-surgiversary is this Saturday and I've lost 59 lbs since surgery thusfar:
The day I realized I could get back on my treadmill because I was under its weight limit.
The day I sat in the park with my little one on one of those springy donkey things and not worry about it.
The day one of my students (who I hadn't seen since the summer) looked at me with her mouth agape and told me I was her 'she-ro'.
The day I could wear one of my husband's t-shirts without having to stretch it out.
The day the panties in the back of my lingerie drawer fit again...and better than ever before!
The day I took a double-take at my reflection while walking as my silhouette is much smaller.
The day I could do an entire 10K on an elliptical machine without stopping.
The day I ran up a flight of (steep!) stairs while talking with a student and not getting out of breath.
The day I sat on a milk-carton airplane and actually had to take in the belt rather than ask for an extender!!

I LOVE this topic and all the posts. My surgery is next week and this just makes me feel so excited. I know there will be downs but these ups that you all list are amazing. Wish I could somehow pin this post for the future in case I need a reminder. Thanks Sue!
