Oh Ree- I hope you know how thrilled I am for you. You have worked so hard for this and yes, Myrtle has been a trooper. But good health is our primary goal ( as oldies) and you are well on your way. I am so very thrilled for you!

Thank you so much Judy!  I really appreciate all the support and encouragement you've given so generously.  Finding health after being told I probably wouldn't make it to 65 is overwhelming and humbling.  The gratitude I have for this.........well, I just don't have adequate words.  Having the amazing people here and on MFP have given me wings. 

Now I have to get to work to try to be as successful as you are!  Keep up the great job you've done!

I wish you well with your results.  Never would I have thought I'd look forward to getting stabbed with a needle and have blood taken, but I do now!  If we stay on plan and work our sleeves, I'm convinced we will see positive results with our labs.

I'm doing great getting all my water in and more... Protein between 70-80
Cabs under 30... Tomorrow Is my weigh in day for week 2 I'm nervous but either way I have already lost so much that I am not going to be too disappointed!!!

Ree - I'm so happy for you!! I know the feeling completely! I went into this journey with the same goals, to get rid of my comorbids and have happily accomplished that like you. I want to be around for my grandson for a long long time and like you I now believe that I will be. This place, and people like you, definitely rock!! Thanks for sharing and I love reading your posts!
