6 months ago I was in a 4/5XL today I bought my first XL. From 56 size jeans to a 40. I cant wait to see what the next 6 months brings! I am just over 160 pounds lost and less than 70 to my goal!

100 LBS gone in 3 Months! - 150 LBS gone in just over 5 Months!

200 LBS gone in just under 9 Months!
