Burning?

I sipped some wine yesterday and felt a burning, possibly in my esophagus? Right under the breast bone. Is that something I need to mention to the doc? Possible ulcer or something? It's not the only time I've felt this, but it's the first time I was so aware of cause/effect.  And it isn't always associated with alchohol, either.

Most likely acid reflux. Was it right away? Or did it take time to start burning. If it was right away probably worth mentioning.
