I keep seeing people saying measure your food but my doctor never told that to me (along with a whole bunch of other stuff). So if someone could tell me the weight measurement my meals should be that'd be great/appreciated. :D

I was directed not to weigh my food but measure and no more than a 1/2 cup in one sitting.

I think at your stage I was eating about 2 oz of protein at a time. I eat 3 oz now that I'm a year + out. So my meals look basically like this:

Now : 3-3.5 ounces of protein and 1/3 cup veggies.

2 months out: 1.5 - 2 ounces of protein and 2-3 bites of veggies.

How often where you eating at that amount? I think Im WAY over eating my sleeve.

Really early out, like the first few months, I was told to eat about 1/4 cup of food, almost all protein.  I was also told to take pencil eraser sized bites and to chew them about 30 times.  Later, I was told to eat 2-3 ounces of protein and about 1/4 cup veggies.  I still eat about 3-4 ounces protein and 1/4 cup veggies for most meals.  Sometimes I will eat, in maintenance, 3 ounces meat, 1/4 cup veggies, and 1/8 cup of carbs.  But most of the time, I still eat all protein during my main meals and veggies are my snacks.

At about three months out, I would eat 2-3 ounces of lean dense protein about 5 times a day, before that, I would eat about three times a day and two shakes.
