Great job!  I'm sure it was a struggle in places but it must have felt amazing.

Way to go Rob!  I know that had to feel great! :)

And I know all too well about it being 36 degrees today... I was in Acworth, Ga, which is not too incredibly far from the TN line (probably not more than an hour or so away, maybe 90 minutes) for my first day of my motorcycle training class, and I thought I was going to freeze to death... and this was while wearing a long sleeve undershirt, another shirt over it, a hoodie, and my motorcycle jacket.  I could have almost handled that chill, but my hands took the grunt of it... I never realized how miserable I could be over cold fingers until today.  I think it *might* have been about 40 here.  Ick.

Great NSV Rob! Just getting off the couch in this weather is a huge NSV.  I'm following an 18 week training program to get me ready for the Boston Marathon. Unfortunately that training runs straight through winter in New England so I feel your pain! Under Armor Cold Gear is great stuff. Good luck and thanks for sharing!

I used to live in CT - so I know all about those New England Winters.  Your yard disappears after thanksgiving and you won't see it again until after Easter!

Props to you for training in that stuff!

Congrats to you, hot stuff.

I love running in the cold.  I recently bought this and this to run in during the nighttime.  Love it!

You should come here and run. It's dark and 18 degrees - perfect for you!

DH, Alison, and a couple other friends talked me into running the San Diego Rock & Roll 1/2 marathon in June. So I am training. Right now we are visiting our daughter and grandchildren in Montana. We went out for a run/walk this afternoon. Wow, was it cold. I think it was around 20 degrees, I wish I had that under armor stuff, I think it would be useful.
