That dreaded 3 weeks stall!

My 3 week stall lasted 20 days. It'll move, chill out and enjoy the ride. I still stall for 2-3 weeks at a time. Totally normal.

I am in the same boat, been stalled for 6 days. I just keep reminding myself that my body is trying to catch up with all of the weight loss.  It helps to calm me a little bit, but I am also ready for the scale to start moving.

I totally understand, drives ya nutty. BUT, I can't control it. I am eating exactly on plan. Getting more then my required protein, making my fluids a priority so I know I am doing what I need to do. Thankfully I did measure before surgery so I know I am losing inches plus I can tell in my clothes even when the scale is evil (I only weigh once a week as well). I know it will move eventually!
