Weekly goals...LET'S GO!!!
Here we are the beginning of the week and it's time to put it to keyboard and screen the things we want to make happen this WEEK!! I'm focusing on things DAILY and WEEKLY because sometimes looking at the BIG picture you miss the SMALL things you need to do. Like the old saying before you can run, you have to walk, before you walk you crawl...

My goals for THIS week.
EXERCISE: Starting Couch to 5K Week 2 and meet up with Personal Trainer
FOOD: I am going to put MORE effort into getting my carbs under 50g per day. I have my meals planned out for the week so we'll see how it goes.

Why do I even bother posting on this thread when I have been struggling??? I guess it's still a good idea because at least it helps me want to stay focused.
Forget the exercise... ain't gotta happen. Not when it's 2 degrees outside when I'm literally freezing balls at work ... even with my heater on. Been doing school projects ... going to bed at 1-2am and waking up at 5:15am isn't helping. Lack of sleep is a killer for me!!!
#1 I need to rely on my diet right now to keep the scale nice to me. It's still hasn't been showing me love but that is my fault. I know I have **** going on but so does everyone else. I am just trying to keep my head above water at this point.
Crap! Now I realize I wont be able to go home and make my Tilapia because I have a board meeting this evening!!!
#2 Just do my best to plan my meals at this point. I do have a well deserved weekend of fun coming up but I'm just being tortured until then trying to get stuff done.
#3 Drink my water & take all my vits.
Sorry for being pissy. I just want my bed!!!!

Stop being so hard on yourself! Freezing balls at work is not fun!! It's hard work Gurl!! What kind of balls do you freeze?

Some times it's important to take a mental health day and just retreat. No sleep...and stress while you're awake will just fry you...as it has...and make you grumpy. You deserve sooooo much better!! You cheer us on and up all the time!!! I truly hope your day ended better!
