Weekly goals...LET'S GO!!!

Well since I'm still struggling somewhat with post Holiday cravings (maybe it's not cravings, just permissiveness, I tend tend to find it hard to get back on track when i break the habit.  So need to get in the normal habit._) I'm doing the 5DPT. 

 

I know there are those on this thread who feel it's a waste of time but it ha always worked wonderfully for me.  What i need is less the craving killing, although i can use that but it always resets my hunger and i find myself eating a little more than usual this past week. So that's my goal.  Plus strength training 4 days this week.

That WASSSS a little chipper huh?!?!  Even though the scale isn't my friend I feel good about setting this goals and being in control =)

This journey isn't about how others feel but how YOU feel and if the 5 day is YOUR thing...work it!!  Did you start already?

Today was day 1.  It was as expected.  I'm fine all day but night after 8pm is hard but I'm totally wrecked because i had a big night last night so I'll probably knock off early as true gift.  I really only have a problem the first 2 days.

Yep. I'm not an accountant either, but I take care of my own books for my business. It's just stuff I need to put together for my accountant.

Ok here goes:

#1: create my "fitness" jar...1 workout equals $1 in the jar!

#2: wake up earlier in the attempts to WORK OUT.  I don't think the working out portion will happen this week but I NEED to try to wake up earlier and just be ON TIME to work LOL

#3 work out more than two days this week...NO EXCUSES!

#4 stop putting useless carbs in my mouth like PRETZELS.  urgh.  Also lumped into this is STOP GRAZING!

Well, I worked out last night.  Tonight I'm going to kickboxing.  Tomorrow I will probably do another kickboxing class and then either Thursday or Friday I will do another home workout or go to the gym at work.  Here's hoping that I can make it!  I also made my fitness jar last night and $1 has already been deposited!

Ok, here are mine:

Take my vits and Lexipro every day this wee****ep missing a day here and there, and that has got to stop.

Exercise daily, using my new kettleball at least three of the days.

Complete my push-up challenge EVERY day.
