Weekly goals...LET'S GO!!!

Well since I'm still struggling somewhat with post Holiday cravings (maybe it's not cravings, just permissiveness, I tend tend to find it hard to get back on track when i break the habit. So need to get in the normal habit._) I'm doing the 5DPT.
I know there are those on this thread who feel it's a waste of time but it ha always worked wonderfully for me. What i need is less the craving killing, although i can use that but it always resets my hunger and i find myself eating a little more than usual this past week. So that's my goal. Plus strength training 4 days this week.
Ok here goes:
#1: create my "fitness" jar...1 workout equals $1 in the jar!
#2: wake up earlier in the attempts to WORK OUT. I don't think the working out portion will happen this week but I NEED to try to wake up earlier and just be ON TIME to work LOL
#3 work out more than two days this week...NO EXCUSES!
#4 stop putting useless carbs in my mouth like PRETZELS. urgh. Also lumped into this is STOP GRAZING!

Well, I worked out last night. Tonight I'm going to kickboxing. Tomorrow I will probably do another kickboxing class and then either Thursday or Friday I will do another home workout or go to the gym at work. Here's hoping that I can make it! I also made my fitness jar last night and $1 has already been deposited!
