Weekly goals...LET'S GO!!!

I love seeing these posts you do! I'm totally crazy busy ...almost to an overwhelming level...even having a tough time getting to OH this past week. When I see your posts for this goal setting...it REALLY grounds me and re-focus on my priority!!

I have made my goal the same as last week... 1) Water Water Water ! I did well with this last week...but I was really cramming at the end of the day to reach my goal. This week I'm leaving the morning commute coffee in the car. Whatever I don't drink by the time I get to work...I'll ditch...and start the water right away. 2) Exercise last week was to skip the elevator and take the stairs. The work I have to do this week will keep me on my own floor for the most part...so my goal is..DO THE STAIRS for no reason 2X a day. Up 4...then down 4. That's a big one for me

Well I'm tardy for the party........ but ready to work it!
#1. Water, Water, Water, I need to get it up to 64oz this is my struggle
#2. Get..... In..... All...... My....... Vits..... finally get the ball on a consistent roll
#3. Work really hard to get in 80grms protein in daily this week!
#4. Lay my self down before twelve in the a.m. (starting Tuesday)
