Weekly goals let's go!! THURSDAY CHECK IN!!!
1. 80 oz of fluids per day. So far, yes.
2. 80-100 grams of protein per day. So far, yes.
3. Do something just for fun during the 3 day weekend. I am scheduled to go on a shopping date with friends on Monday. Since my feet have shrunk, I need new shoes. I think shopping qualifies as fun. If something happens and we don't get to go, I will go skating instead.
My goals (not in order):
1. Wake up earlier. Yeah not happening just yet but I am trying! lol
2. Work out more than twice a week. Three days of working out DONE so far this week :) I will take tonight off, workout tomorrow and Saturday. Booya!
3. Make a fitness jar (aka piggy bank). MADE IT and so far it has $3 in it ;)
I think my fourth goal was to keep carbs below 40. I think I screwed that up the past two days due to little miss mother nature paying me a visit but I will get back on track!

Ok, here were mine:
Take my vits and Lexipro every day this week. - Yep, doing it. Put a reminder on my phone and that's been doing the trick (thank you, Ms. Shell!)
Exercise daily, using my new kettleball at least three of the days. - Yep, doing it!
Complete my push-up challenge EVERY day.- Yep, doing it!
