We are suppose to keep our carbs low and protein high.  What do people do in place of bread and crackers?

For example, how do you eat tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad,, etc?  Do you just eat it plan?  Also I see people make dips etc but what do you eat it on?

Make a sandwich using lettuce wraps. Or use Iceberg lettuce as a cracker. Possibly add small chopped water chestnuts to tune, chicken, or egg salad if you want something crunchy.

Frisco do you use baby romaine leaves as well? I think that would make for a nice picture and lunch :)

I just eat it in a lil bowl.  My husband puts it on celery.

At a month out, I ate those "salad" things with a spoon. I used dip on sliced Deli Turkey and then rolled it up to make Turkey Roll ups. Once I was cleared for vegetable, I at the salads and dips on slices of cucumber, or pepper wedges or in celery. I use the dip for all sort of things: chicken, pork, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, you name it!
