you could have some of mine for FREE...just pay for postage...    I have lots of dress blouses & suits (size 20), clean still in dry cleaner bags... and shoes which are mostly very high heels ( over 4 inches) in size 10

I have some pants that are decent but need minor things like button replacement for when I was in denial about moving up to the next size....      let me know

Just today I loaded up a big black trash bag with clothes that are too big. I felt weird, too. Kind of scared like maybe I should keep this "just in case" . Or..better yet..."i'll take it in" and I DON'T SEW!!!!!

CW: 225  size 14/16

This subject has come up so often here. I always try to reply. Ladies, why can we not shop at goodwill like all the smaller sized women? It's because we hoard our stuff!! I have not updated my ticker but I have went from about 237 to 123. I'm a size 2. I donated almost everything to goodwill. Their prices are fair. $4 shirt,  $6 coat, $5 jeans, $3.50 shorts, $2 bras, $5 dress, $4 pants, $4 sweaters. They even have sales. My closet is full of all nice name brand clothing. I have had  fun shopping at goodwill and talk about savings. When I go down a size I just donate and shop again. You will find similar posts from me. It is more fun to me than shopping at the mall. I have 2 teenage daughters (21 and 17) and we go together because now we are the same size . What might be too short for one will fit one of us. We are there for hours. Enjoy yourself without breaking the bank. Loves to all. Good luck!

If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take for you to reach your goal?

I have this exact same problem. I am glad that my clothes are "outgrowing" me, but I love a few of those shirts. I wish I had them in a smaller size now. Some of my "dress up" stuff was worn only a few times and I wasn't tired of them yet. Now my work stuff... It can go! Oh we'll, I'm not complaining... much!

It took me 12 months to lose 105-110 lbs
