Those are adorable!  I love them!

For those who are lazy, Costco carries Rocky's Chicken Meatballs that have 1 g carb for 4 meatballs. :)

Frisco this stuff looks so great. For the truly lazy (ie me) you could use adele's pre made pre cooked chicken meatballs with the peppers. diane

Absolutely !!!

Most every frozen chicken turkey meatball I've seen/ate have had very low carbs..... the version I show has a bit more protein and heat/flavor.....

Cafe Frisco is about "Concept" vs. direct recipes !

1 lb jumbo lump md crab meat

2 saltines

1 egg

1/4 red pepper diced

2 tablespoons light mayo

salt

pepper

couple dashes of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Combine and form into cakes being careful not to break up the lovely crab lumps.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Broil until lightly browned.  (enough to feed a VSG army!)

Enjoy while celebrating a Ravens victory!

Variation -- leave out the red pepper.  Add a little parsley, a bit of dijon mustard and a little Old Bay (or some hot sauce!)  Scoop out or form into little crab cakes -- chill (if you have time -- they hold together a little better) -- broil and consume with vigor!

Go Ravens!
