B: 1 Canolli
S: Chike shake
L: 1/2 c. cottage cheese with cinnamon and SF vanilla Torani
S: Slice of turkey and/or coffee
D: Not sure, going out, but it'll be some sort of meat w/ a veggie. Probably a trusty grilled chicken salad, they have those everywhere.
S: If I need more protein it'll be GY or cottage cheese
Liquids: Kicking butt on those today.
Vits: Half done, will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Gym tonight to work off that #$%@ing canolli. 20/20/20 + strength training and sauna.
Day 2 of trying new foods and I long for my cottage cheese...brussel sprouts are okay...not my fav though...oh let's just be honest...they were food, filled me up, low calorie and green roughage (need I say more) but that is about it. Next veggie will be cauliflower and broccoli to try. I have to straighten out my colon...lol...and I want to lower my calories some.
B: 3 oz chicken and cottage cheese

L: Cod and Brussel Sprouts...think I will put LC cheese with it and see if that helps
S: something with lots of protein

E: Still trying to motivate myself..my house is so turned upside down with remodeling and I have new laminate floors and I feel a little unsteady when walking....BUT...I stood for 3 minutes and walked 10 steps with my walker this week which is a big deal..lol. New mantra: I will break this stall, I will never give in an never give up.

1: three egg whites fried in scant Pam, two turkey sausage links
2: three RF string cheese sticks, one tomato slice
3: 6 oz nonfat plain yogurt with .5 scoop unflavored protein powder, 2 Tbsp S F strawberry syrup
4: 3.75 oz canned chicken, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, .25 c spinach
vitamins and fluids: on track, but I have to keep trying to increase my fluids past 80 oz
exercise: some walk, some bike
B - Cottage cheese, protein bar (starving this morning)
L - chicken cesear salad, 1/2 pound cake piece
D - Meatballs, salad
I'm starving today. PMS crap. Grrrr.
Water and vitamins are on track

Keep forgetting my vitamins and I'm FEELING it. I'm SO tired today ugh.
B: small fuji apple with a greek yogurt dip made with pb2 and a little honey. I think I will had splenda instead of honey next time...
L: cobb salad with some grilled chicken
S: clementine and half a quest bar
D: I know I've been saying this for three days but TONIGHT I WILL make those baked chicken tacquitos I SWEAR!! lol Also, a southerwestern inspired coleslaw using greek yogurt and tons of lime juice, smoked paprika, garlic, cilantro, and jalapenos :)
S: SF popsicles
Fluid: never enough I'm the worst
Vits: TOTALLY FORGOT and feel like crap
